U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage Mail is now available FREE of charge for all online orders over $50. This provides automatic insurance plus a tracking number.
FedEx 2-3 Business Day service to U.S. addresses is also available. This provides automatic insurance plus a tracking number. Since we are in Hawaii, delivery is typically made within 2-3 business days depending on availability of item(s) ordered.
For delivery to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, the only mode of shipping is via USPS (U.S. Postal Service).
For International Customers, FedEx International service only. Delivery is typically made within seven to ten working days depending on availability of item(s) ordered. All Customs duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your nearest Customs office for this information, prior to ordering.
For security purposes, Signature is required for any orders of $100 or more. For rush shipments, there will be an attempted delivery for up to 3 business days before returning your package to us.
If an order is shipping to an address that is different from the billing address, we will contact you to verify your order before shipment.
